Please note that our products don’t include fixing material, like screws and wall plugs, since the fixing material must be specific to the material in which the blinds, awnings or curtains will be installed. The fixing material can be consulted and sold separately.

The data registered by Belbrisa is evidence of the transactions between Belbrisa and the Costumer. It is responsability of Belbrisa to archive the electronic document in which the contract is formalised and maintaining it available.
When the Costumer successfully finishes the purchase, an automatic email will be sent to confirm the transaction.
In case of incorrect data, the Costumer must request its alteration as soon as possible, or even the cancellation of the purchase.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
Belbrisa has several payment methods. The available methods are: Multibanco Reference, MBWAY, PayPal, Credit Card, Klarna - Payment up to 3 interest-free payments (on purchases over €150).
7. SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY
A) Collect in our store
The Costumer can opt for collecting his order in our store, in Leça da Palmeira, without additional costs.When the order is ready for being collected, the Costumer will be contacted.
B) Home delivery service by a carrier
The Costumer can opt for home delivery, which will be carried out by a contracted carrier.
At the moment of the delivery, the Costumer must check the conditions of the package. In case the package is damaged, the Costumer must report that information in the carrier’s form, when signing the delivery note, and report the situation to Belbrisa within 24 hours, so we can implicate the carrier and safeguard possible damages of the product caused by the carrier.

The home delivery service by a carrier is carried out from Monday to Friday. The carrier only ensures the deliveries at ground level of the building, not committing to the delivery in other levels of the building. The use of other means or extra resources are not included in the shipping fee.
8. COMPLAINTS
After receiving the order, the Costumer has 5 working days to complaint merchandise that was swapped, damaged or missing any material. The Costumer must direct the complaint to Belbrisa through the contacts available at www.belbrisa.pt
9. CANCELLATION
Applicable in purchases made at www.belbrisa.pt
The Costumer can cancel the order at any moment until the production stage of the order, with the right to the refund of evey paid quantity.
Not paying the order within 7 days after the order was successfully completed implies the automatic cancellation of the order.
10. REFUNDS
The refunds will be subject to the previous inspection of our technical/commercial team and they will be handled in order to ensure the quality of the product, in accordance with the ARTICLE 17 OF DEGREE LAW N.24/2014.
11. GUARANTEE
Belbrisa is responsible for any manufacturing defects of products purchased at www.belbrisa.pt, up to 2 years after the date of the invoice.
This guarantee expires in case of defective installation, exposure to corrosive environments, fumes, chemicals or excessive humidity, incorrect handling or inadequate maintenance.
The fabrics thermal stability for interior is guaranteed for environments with temperatures between 0º and 30º. In case of possible exposure to lower or higher temperatures, we advise a previous consultation.
